1. General Policy
All donations made to the Sri Dadhibaman Mahaprabhunka Pabitra Rathayatra Parichalana Committee are voluntary and are used to support the temple's daily operations, rituals, maintenance, and the annual Ratha Jatra festival. We are grateful for your support and commitment to our cause.
2. Refund Policy
All donations are considered non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for donations once they have been processed. In the case of a processing error (e.g., a duplicate transaction), please contact us immediately at dadhibamanswamibhatli.24@gmail.com so we can investigate and make any necessary corrections.
3. Use of Donations
Donations will be used for the purposes for which they were given. If a donation is designated for a specific purpose (e.g., "Anna Bhoga," "Ratha Jatra," "Temple Maintenance"), we will make every effort to honor that designation. Undesignated donations will be used where the temple committee determines the need is greatest.
4. Payment Processing
We use a secure third-party payment gateway to process all online donations. The Sri Dadhibaman Mahaprabhunka Pabitra Rathayatra Parichalana Committee does not store, nor does it have access to, your credit card information, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial data.
5. Tax Exemptions & Receipts
The Sri Dadhibaman Mahaprabhunka Pabitra Rathayatra Parichalana Committee is a registered trust (ID: OR/2025/0851053). We are working to obtain tax-exempt status under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
- Once 80G certification is received, all donations made to us from that date forward will be eligible for tax deductions as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961, India.
- We will provide an official receipt for every donation made. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and PAN (Permanent Account Number) when donating to help us issue the necessary documents for your tax purposes, once applicable.
6. Donor Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information (name, address, email, phone) will be kept confidential and will not be sold, traded, or shared with any third party, except as required by law or as necessary for payment processing. Please see our full Privacy Policy for more details.
